What is a visitor management system?
A visitor management system replaces the paper sign-in book with a digital record of guests. In Argovia a host pre-registers a visitor, the guest checks in on arrival, the host is notified, and the visit is logged with time and building.
Do visitors need an account?
No. Visitors are registered by their host and check in at the door without creating an account. Only your employees sign in, using their existing Microsoft account.
Is visitor management billed separately?
No. Visitors are included in Argovia. You only pay the €1 per month rate for bookable resources such as desks, rooms and parking, with the first five resources free.
Can hosts see who is arriving today?
Yes. Expected visitors appear ahead of arrival, so hosts and reception can see the day’s guests and are notified as each one checks in.
