Desk booking questions
What is desk booking software?
Desk booking software lets employees reserve a workstation in advance instead of assuming a seat is free. In Argovia every desk is drawn on a live floor plan, so people pick a specific desk for a specific day and the office always reflects real occupancy.
Can we mix assigned desks and hot desks?
Yes. Each desk is either assigned to a person or left open for hot booking, and both live on the same plan. You can change a desk from assigned to flexible at any time without redrawing the floor.
Do people need to install an app?
No. Argovia runs in the browser on desktop and mobile, and everyone signs in with the Microsoft account they already use for email, so there is nothing to install or provision.
How much does desk booking cost?
Desks are billed at €1 per desk per month, and the first five resources across your whole workspace are free. You only pay for desks you keep bookable, and removing a desk lowers next month's invoice.
