What is meeting room signage?
Meeting room signage is a small display mounted outside a room that shows whether it is free or busy, the current meeting and the next one. Argovia drives it from your Microsoft 365 room calendar and lets people book the room at the door.
What hardware do I need?
Any device with a browser works, from a wall-mounted tablet to a spare screen, because the signage is a web page you pair to a room. There is no proprietary panel to buy.
Can people book from the display?
Yes. If a room is free, the display offers a quick booking for the next slot, and the reservation flows into Microsoft 365 like any other meeting so it shows in Outlook too.
How is signage priced?
Each signage device is €1 per month, counted as a resource, with the first five resources in your workspace free. The room calendars and booking it relies on are included.
