Parking

A fair parking spot for every commute

Zones, shared bays and day releases on the same plan as your desks. When demand outgrows the lot, Argovia hands out spots fairly instead of rewarding whoever refreshes fastest.

How parking works

  1. 01

    Map the lot

Draw bays, zones and shared spots on the plan next to the building, including EV and accessible bays.

  2. 02

    People book or release

Commuters reserve a bay for the days they drive in and release it on the days they do not, freeing it for someone else.

  3. 03

    Argovia keeps it fair

When more people want a spot than the lot holds, allocation spreads bays across the team instead of first-come-first-served.

The car park, drawn to scale

Bays, EV chargers and visitor spots live on the same plan as the building they belong to.

What you get

Zones

Bays, zones and shared spots

Model the real lot: reserved zones, pooled bays and shared spots that rotate between people across the week.

Fairness

Fair allocation under pressure

When demand is higher than capacity, spots are distributed evenly so the same people are not always left without.

EV & access

Special bays stay special

Tag EV chargers and accessible bays so they go to the people who need them, not the fastest booker.

Day release

Give back the days you cycle

Release your bay on days you commute another way and it returns to the pool automatically.

Parking questions

How does fair parking allocation work?

When more employees request parking than there are bays, Argovia distributes spots across the team rather than granting them purely first-come-first-served, so access is spread evenly over time instead of concentrated on a few fast bookers.

Can we reserve bays for specific people or teams?

Yes. Bays can be assigned to a person, pooled within a zone, or shared and released day to day. You can mix all three in the same lot.

Can we manage EV and accessible bays?

Yes. Bays can be tagged so electric-vehicle chargers and accessible spaces are offered to the right drivers instead of being booked by anyone.

What does parking cost?

Each parking spot is €1 per month and the first five resources in your workspace are free, so a small lot can run at no cost and a larger one scales one bay at a time.
