Issue reporting

Report a problem with a scan, not a support ticket

Anyone scans the QR code on a room, desk or asset, describes the problem and attaches a photo. The ticket lands with location already filled in, so facilities can act immediately. No app, no login.

How issue reporting works

  1. Print the QR codes

Argovia generates printable QR codes for buildings, floors, rooms, desks and assets. Stick them where problems happen.

  2. Anyone scans and reports

A visitor or employee scans, describes the issue and adds a photo. No app to download and no account to create.

  3. Facilities triage in admin

The ticket arrives with location prefilled. The facility team assigns it, comments and closes it, all in one place.

From scan to ticket in seconds

Anyone can scan the tag on site and report the problem. No account, no app, no email chain.

What you get

No login

Anyone can report

The person nearest the broken thing files the report, because scanning a code needs no app and no account.

Located

Location prefilled

The QR carries the room, desk or asset, so tickets never arrive as "broken thing, somewhere on floor two".

Photos

A picture with every ticket

Reporters attach a photo, so facilities see the problem before they walk over and arrive with the right part.

Triage

Assign, comment, close

The facility team manages tickets in admin, from first report through to a closed job, with the thread kept together.

Issue reporting questions

How does QR issue reporting work?

Argovia prints QR codes for buildings, floors, rooms, desks and assets. Anyone scans a code, describes the problem and attaches a photo, and the ticket arrives with the exact location already attached. No app download or login is required to report.

Do people need an account to report an issue?

No. Reporting is open by design, so a visitor or any employee can scan and submit without signing in. Only the facility team that triages tickets uses an account.

Where do the tickets go?

Tickets land in the admin area, where the facility team assigns an owner, adds comments and closes the job. Because the location is prefilled from the QR, triage starts with context instead of guesswork.

Is issue reporting billed separately?

No. Issue reporting is included in Argovia. Billing only applies to bookable resources at €1 each per month, with the first five resources free.
