How is an asset located?

Assets are pinned to a point on the floor plan or attached to a room, so their position is visible on the same map used for booking rather than described in a document.

Does asset tracking connect to issue reports?

Yes. An issue can be raised against an asset, so the ticket arrives with the asset and its location already attached, which speeds up triage and repair.

Is asset tracking an extra cost?

No. Asset tracking is included in Argovia. You only pay €1 per month for bookable resources such as desks, rooms and parking, with the first five free.
