Does Argovia work with Microsoft 365 rooms?
Yes. Argovia uses your existing Microsoft 365 room resource mailboxes through Microsoft Graph. Bookings invite the room mailbox the same way Outlook does, so you keep one source of truth for room calendars.
Will bookings show up in Outlook?
Yes. A booking in Argovia creates a calendar event that invites the room mailbox, so it appears in Outlook and on any connected room display. Cancelling in either place frees the room.
Do we need to migrate our rooms?
No migration is needed. Argovia reads the rooms you already have in Microsoft 365, so there is no re-creating rooms or moving calendars. You place them on the floor plan and they are ready to book.
How are meeting rooms priced?
Each meeting room is €1 per month, and the first five resources in your workspace are free. Signage, floor plans and Microsoft sync are included at no extra cost.
